William has been licensed in the mortgage industry for over a decade and has a B.A. degree from Cal State University L.A. He has always had a passion for real estate and worked as a Realtor prior to focusing on the financing aspect.

He continues to get educated about new and upcoming loan products and industry changes. William is licensed to help clients throughout Colorado as well as California, Texas, and Florida.

He works through Omni Fund, Inc. a direct lender combined with the ability to broker loans to over 100 wholesale lenders that fall outside of the direct lending guidelines. He has placed all types of mortgages, fixed or adjustable-rate, interest only, combo 1st and 2nd mortgages, those with challenging credit, non-warrantable condos, and especially loans for self-employed borrowers who have large tax write-offs or unconventional income sources.
